A former bookseller, folklorist, museum curator, and university lecturer, Heather Diamond is the author of American Aloha: Cultural Tourism and the Negotiation of Tradition. Her essays have appeared in Memoir Magazine and Sky Island Journal, and she is currently working on two memoirs.
Sue works with nonprofits and businesses to strengthen their communications and connect with their community in Portland, OR. A recovering HK lawyer and trained mediator, she resolves conflicts while contributing to print and online publications. A former WiPS president, she just published a second illustrated children’s book written by her mother.

Carol Dyer began a career in medical publishing over 20 years ago and now runs her own editorial business, accepting work in an extensive range of medical and other fields from social science and education to memoir and fiction. Experienced and reliable, Carol has edited and project-managed Imprint for 15 years and can advise on book publishing.
Jennifer (BA ,- Chinese MA - Asian Studies; MA, PhD) specializes in educational/cultural writing and editing with an Asia focus. Apart from her freelance work, she teaches stylistics and discourse analysis at the Open University of Hong Kong, and is a language consultant/writer/translator, and ideas generator at Jao Tsung-I Academy, a historic complex that promotes education and Chinese culture. Vici is Canadian and has been in Hong Kong since 2005. She excels in proofreading and editing. Vici is also available to tutor (all ages) in English and to take on various writing assignments. Robyn is the author of "Skinful: A Memoir of Addiction" (Brio Books, Sydney, 2022). As an editor, she specializes in editing books and other materials on finance, business, economics, accounting, the social sciences, art and general non-fiction for clients across the globe. She was a founding member of WiPS Hong Kong and was its first president.

Jennifer Frisinger was the CEO of Walk DVRC Ltd, an NGO with a mission to create a walkable and liveable Central Business District, before returning to live in the US. She has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector with HSBC, Citibank, Thomson Reuters and Mitsubishi. She is a corporate storyteller, marketing expert and event manager. Jennifer has an MFA in writing.
Formerly an occasional writer of poetry and short stories, Sandra is now making writing the focus of her life. Born in Australia, with a background in politics and law, she relocated to Hong Kong in 1995 where she adopted as a single parent. Sandra dedicates her writing to those with challenges of the psyche. She can also assist with editing. Sandra recently returned to live in Sydney.
Barbara grew up on organic farms in Iowa, Colorado and Vermont, and has spent her adult life in Ithaca, New York, Taipei, Shanxi, New York City, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Hong Kong and San Francisco, working variously as a teacher, lawyer and parent. She enjoys trying to reflect her experience and observations in poetry, biographical essays and in graphic works using coloured pencil and watercolour.
Elizabeth Grobler has a B.Ed. Honours degree in Learning Support, Guidance and Counselling. She moved from South Africa to South Korea in 2006 and arrived in Hong Kong in 2010. Several of her poems and short stories have been published in anthologies in HK. Elizabeth enjoys developing curriculum, as well as writing & directing plays and musicals.
