    • Mieko Lindsay won a New-Woman-Writer’s-Award (Joryuushinjin-sho) from Chuo-Koron Company in 1996 for her Japanese short novel entitled Kotaete Thomas (Tell Me, Thomas). Recipient of an MFA in creative writing from Hong Kong University and author of Takeru’s Pinch, published in HKU’s Yuan Yang, she also translates between English and Japanese.

    • Jane is a Chinese-Canadian English teacher, writer, and mother who currently lives in Hong Kong with her husband and two children. Her writing revolves the issues she mulls over most - love in all its forms, faith, parenting, marriage, insecurity. Her debut novel, All I Ever Wanted, will be published with Earnshaw Books in April 2023.

    • Dr Karen Moyse lived in HK for 5 years, but is now in the UK. Her background is in Research Psychology and Children’s Nursing. Karen’s PhD focused on children 7-12 years and their use of mobile phones, finding that the development of freedom could be supported with the mobile. Karen has written several articles, a book and lectures internationally.
